Why did I not receive my medical equipment the same day you received my order?

 

Your insurance company requires specific types of documentation for each piece of medical equipment. Sometimes we are not able to provide a piece of equipment until we receive all the necessary documentation from your physician. 

 

What insurances do you accept?

 

We accept most major insurances. For a complete list, give us a call.

 

What is your return policy on retail items?

 

Littleton Respiratory Homecare has a 30 day return policy on most retail items. Items must be in original packaging, new condition, with a receipt. Due to the nature of some of the products we sell, there are some exceptions to this rule.

  • Lift Chairs – Builder chairs are non-refundable. Stock chairs can be returned in 3 business days. Must be in like new condition, along with a receipt. Refund check will be issued within 7 days.

  • Bath Safety – due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on bath seat, transfer benches, commodes, raised toilet seats, toilet risers, or personal hygiene products.

  • Power mobility – may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a receipt. Must be in new condition.

  • Used items – We occasionally sell used items out of our inventory. These items are sold as is and are non-refundable.

  • PAP supplies – due to hygiene reasons, pap masks, headgears, tubing, filters, and cushions are non-refundable.

  • Seating/Positioning – cushions, bed wedges, cpap pillows can only be returned if unopened. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on these if the package has been opened.

  • Mattress – we cannot accept returns on any mattresses.

  • Special Order – We are unable to accept any returns on special order items.
